| Who builds your gazebos? |
| There are a lot of places that offer gazebos for sale
throughout the country. Most of these companies are simply
retailers selling gazebos built by someone else. To guarantee
quality and future service follow-up, if needed, you should make
sure you know who built your gazebo. Gazebo Junction is a
gazebo manufacturer. Although our kits are sold nationally by
dealers, builders, landscapers and contractors, all kits are
manufactured in our facility in Geneva, IL. |
| What are the costs of Gazebo Junction gazebo
kits? |
| To find the cost on any gazebo kit or spa enclosure offered by Gazebo Junction,
either go to the Request
Information page of the web-site and fill in the requested
information. You will receive an e-mail response with an attachment of our
price sheet. Or, you can visit our
online
store where you will find prices and options on our most popular
gazebo and spa enclosure models. If you have any specific questions, use the comment/question
section at the bottom of the Request
Information form and we will respond promptly. |

| What do I use for my gazebo
floor? |
| Our gazebo kits can be erected on wood decks, paver patios or concrete
slabs. Whatever surface is selected, your gazebo should be anchored
down. On wood decks you can simply run screws through the bottom plate of the
wall section into the deck. On concrete you drill through the bottom
plate,
into the concrete and use concrete anchors. If paver bricks are used, it
is best to use a concrete pier raised to the height of the paver brick in each
corner and use concrete anchors as described above. If you would like
floor drawings for our pie shaped floor, a regular
wood floor or a concrete pad, simply request one on the Request
Information page of our website and we will forward it to you either by mail
or e-mail. |

| Do all gazebo come with screens, or
do I pay more for them? |
| The Premier Line and Cedar Ridge Line come complete with
screens and double "French" screened doors. The Pavilion
Line does not come with screens. Premier Line screens are made
with a heavy, 1" extruded aluminum frame with aluminum screening that
fit into dadoed grooves in the wall sections and lock into the walls
with finger latches. The Cedar Ridge Line screens have
3/4" aluminum frames with fiberglass screening and are screwed into the
wall sections. |
| |
| Are there windows available? |
| There are two types of window options available. The
storm windows are exactly the same size as the screens. In
cooler months, take the screens out and put the windows in.
The second option ($450 upgrade) is the
Riviera Slider windows. These permanent aluminum frames have a track for the
left and right windows and the screen is rolled directly into the window frames. These windows allow you to slide the windows left and
right to open or close them as the weather changes. |
| |
| What other options are there? |
| Other than the window option described above, other options include the Double
Roof, the Pie Shaped Floor, the
Metal
Roof, the Vinyl Roof and the Victorian
Valance. Click on the links to view pictures of each option. The
Double Roof offers some additional ventilation for the gazebo, but it's really a
cosmetic addition. From the inside there is more of a "cathedral
ceiling" look, while from the outside the double roof offers a break in the
roof line. The Pie Shaped floor is designed to be a perfect match for all
our gazebos and is easily assembled by bolting the sections together. Each section
is made with treated 2x6 interior joists and cedar rim joists. A layer of
screening is set atop the joists under the cedar 5/4 x 6 decking. The
Victorian Valance (Morning Glory model) can be substituted for any valance at no
charge in the Premier Line while it is an optional upgrade in the Cedar Ridge
Line. |

| How is the gazebo shipped to me? |
| Depending on the distance you live from the Chicago area, your gazebo will be
shipped either in one of Gazebo Junction's vehicles or by common carrier.
If the gazebo comes by common carrier, you will be able to set up a delivery
appointment with the carrier. There must be 2 people available to unload
the kit. Although no one piece is heavier than 100 pounds, some pieces are
awkward and take two people to handle. Total unloading time is 15 - 30
minutes, depending on gazebo size. |

| Is there a dealer in my area? |
| To see if there is a dealer in your area, check our Dealer
Page. If you would like to know the name of the dealer, request that
information on the Request Information
page. If there is not a dealer in your area, you can purchase your gazebo
directly from Gazebo Junction. NOTE: Gazebo prices direct from the
manufacturer are identical to the prices offered by the dealers. |
